What types of organizations are included in this survey?

Participation in our annual surveys is open to organizations with employees in Canada. No organization is too small or too large. While data collection in underway the mix of organizations is constantly in flux, however, the typical mix is:

Private Sector 55% to 60%
Public Sector 20% to 25%
Not-For-Profit 20% to 25%

Survey results are broken out by economic sector to enable you to target your salaries, as appropriate.
