WCBC was a proud Platinum Sponsor at this year’s CPHR BC & Yukon HR Conference.

Attendees had the privilege of watching several speakers, including Claude Silver whom WCBC sponsored. Claude is VaynerMedia’s Chief Heart Officer, and she stands by Maya Angelou when she says, “people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Claude brought a refreshing perspective in her keynote presentation “Bringing HUMANITY Into The Workplace”. She discussed how we should all strive to “be someone who everyone wants in the room”, and how Human Resources is evolving to be more human and full of heart.
