Workplace Wellness Programs: Current Practices and Future Outlook

Did you know that over 4.1 million Canadians experience high or very high levels of work-related stress? That’s 1 in 5 employed individuals grappling with pressures from heavy workloads, work-life balance, and more. Women are feeling the strain even more, with nearly 1 in 4 reporting elevated stress levels.

With mental health and well-being taking center stage, how are organizations responding to these challenges?

WCBC is conducting an important survey on Workplace Wellness Programs: Current Practices and Future Outlook, and we would greatly value your organization’s input. Whether your organization has a well-established wellness program, is in the early stages of developing one, or does not currently offer wellness initiatives, your perspective is vital. This survey seeks to explore both successes and challenges, including the barriers that may prevent organizations from adopting such programs.

Why Participate?

  • Exclusive Access: Participants will receive exclusive access to the final results, offering valuable benchmarking data and insights to guide your organization’s approach to wellness—even if you are considering launching a program in the future.
  • Confidentiality: All responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and reported only in aggregate form.
The deadline for completion is Monday, January 27th, 2025.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
