Salary Increase Forecast Survey – Results Coming Soon!
WCBC’s 2027 Salary Increase Forecast Survey has now closed. We appreciate the participation of organizations from across Canada who contributed valuable data on projected salary increases across industries and sectors.
The survey results are currently being analyzed and will be released by Labour Day. Participants will receive complimentary access to the aggregated findings, including:
- Salary increase projections by employee group, economic sector and industry
- Non-union and union salary increase trends
- Insights to support compensation planning for 2027
