WCBC’s survey covers:
- Director compensation for regular and committee service.
- Corporate governance practices.
- Policies and total compensation costs.
Compensation data is segmented by annual revenues and the reported statistics include minimum, maximum, average, and the 25th/50th/75th percentiles.
This survey is not open for participation.
Data is extracted from publicly available management information circulars and annual reports to allow year-over-year analysis.
