WCBC’s research project carried out in April 2019 was focused on Performance Management and Variable Pay. From the responses, for many employers, measuring and paying for performance presents an ongoing challenge.

Designing employee performance management/measurement and annual incentive plans that are aligned with organizational strategy is every employer’s goal but in one participant’s words:
