Salary Increase Forecast
WCBC’s Salary Increase Forecast Survey is a nationwide initiative aimed at gathering data on salary increase projections across various sectors in Canada. Open to organizations of all sizes, this survey offers participants exclusive, free access to aggregated results that provide valuable insights into salary trends and forecasts for the upcoming year.
The survey explores key areas, including:
- Projected salary increases for different employee groups and regions
- Salary review and increase practices for both union and non-union employees
- Key factors influencing salary increase decisions
- Non-monetary incentives being considered or implemented by organizations
All data will be reported anonymously and in aggregate to ensure confidentiality.
