Salary Increase – 2022 Update
WCBC is conducting a short survey on 2022 salary and salary range increases.
We would appreciate you letting us know your organization’s plans for 2022 base salary and salary range increases. Participation takes about 5 minutes and you will receive a summary of the results in early February.
Reports are offered exclusively for the internal use of individual employers. Purchase is not available to libraries, career placement centres, HR consulting firms, or any other entity that could re-sell the data or make it available to the general public. WCBC reserves the right to accept or decline purchase requests.
