The Impact of Inflation on Compensation

 In Salaries & Incentives

WCBC Research Project

Canada is experiencing high levels of inflation. The Bank of Canada has started increasing interest rates in order to bring the cost of living increases down to the Bank’s target level of 2% per year. The recent record level of inflation has been widely reported in the media. Accordingly, some employers are being asked by employees to increase salaries to offset the impact of inflation.

WCBC is conducting a short survey on how employers have, or expect to, respond to the impact of inflation.

Participation Open

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and participants receive a summary of the results.
